  • Lead planning and execution of site activities against the master schedule and safety standards.
  • Coordinate the design team, contractors and consultants; chair technical meetings and client negotiations.
  • Direct inspection of material on site, rebar, brick masonry, structural, architectural, electrical and plumbing works.
  • Oversee cast-in-situ bored piling and compressive strength testing of concrete and grout.
  • Write and review method statements and shop drawings; issue daily, weekly and monthly work programmes.
  • Prepare and submit RFIs, then walk consultants through site inspections.
  • Produce quantity take-offs and BOQs from structural and architectural drawings; price variations at contract rates.
  • Manage interim payment applications and analyse sub-contractor tenders for cost efficiency.

  • Inspected superstructure works: steel truss member assembly, erection and bearing installation.
  • Monitored ultrasonic weld testing, PDA tests for pile bearing capacity and pull-out tests on expansion bolts.
  • Supervised bolt tightening, non-shrink grouting, rebar scanning and core cutting.
  • Ran spray painting inspections including dry film thickness checks and damage repair oversight.
  • Prepared and reviewed method statements and shop drawings against engineering requirements.
  • Acted as liaison between consultant, client and sub-contractors on work specifications.
  • Assisted calibration testing of STB bolt tightening machinery.

  • Held station building construction to architectural drawings, method statements and consultant instructions.
  • Supervised cast-in-situ bored piling, steel screw pipe piling and sheet pile mobilisation and driving.
  • Managed formwork and rebar for pile caps, columns, beams and slabs; oversaw ready-mix casting.
  • Directed main line pier body, pier head and portal construction, plus concrete and non-shrink grout repair.
  • Supervised utility relocation with WASA, DNCC, DPDC, PDB, Titas and Banglalink.
  • Monitored road reinstatement for flexible and rigid pavement.
